Miso Steamed Egg

I would be lying if I told you that this isn't my absolute favourite go-to breakfast, lunch AND dinner! It's light, flavour-packed, smooth and soft! I like mine freshly steamed, I think it tastes the best when it's hot. It is extremely easy and simple to make!

What you need (serves 1):

  • Instant miso soup paste
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 cup water
  • sesame oil
  • pepper to taste

What to do:

  1. Mix everything together
  2. Put it on your steamer for 17 min or more (pending preference)
