I would be lying if I told you that this isn't my absolute favourite go-to breakfast, lunch AND dinner! It's light, flavour-packed, smooth and soft! I like mine freshly steamed, I think it tastes the best when it's hot. It is extremely easy and simple to make!
What you need (serves 1):
- Instant miso soup paste
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup water
- sesame oil
- pepper to taste
What to do:
- Mix everything together
- Put it on your steamer for 17 min or more (pending preference)
