How to bake our pastries?

Baking i.lovebutter pastries are 100% beginner level and only take 20-25mins in the oven! Our goal was to do all the hard work for you so you can just proof, bake and enjoy! HERE is a link to a step-by-step guide and video on how to bake our glorious pastries :)  

How do I order i.lovebutter? 

Simply place an online order via our order HERE 

What is the cut off time to place an order?

24hrs Minimum for all orders.

When can I arrange to pick up my order?

upon check out you will be ask to select the date and time slot for pick up :)

Order cancellations

We DO NOT offer refunds, please order carefully. 

Allergens and Ingredients:

All our Pastries & Cookies contain gluten & dairy and some contain nuts; please read the ingredients listed on each product carefully before ordering/gifting.

Croissant: Flour, Butter, Water, Eggs, Sugar, Yeast, Salt

Cinnamon Scroll: All the amazing Croissant ingredients + Cinnamon Cream (almond meal, butter, sugar, egg, Cinnamon & Vanilla Flavour)

Almond Croissant: Croissants ingredients + Almond cream (almond meal, butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla flavour)

Pain Au Chocolat: Croissants ingredients + chocolate baton

Pain Au Raisin: Croissant ingredients + custard and raisins

Kouign-Amann: Croissant ingredients + Sugar, salt and more butter :)

Cookies & Cream Cookies: Bakers flour, butter, brown sugar, white sugar, egg, white chocolate, oreo biscuit, baking powder, corn flour, bicarb soda vanilla flavour and salt

Choc Chip Peanut Butter Cookies: Bakers flour, butter, brown sugar, white sugar, egg, white chocolate, dark chocolate, smooth peanut butter, baking powder, corn flour, bicarb soda vanilla flavour and salt

Red Velvet Cookies: Bakers flour, butter, brown sugar, white sugar, egg, white chocolate, fresh cream cheese, baking powder, corn flour, bicarb soda vanilla flavour, red food colouring and salt

Pistachio Cookies: Bakers flour, butter, brown sugar, white sugar, egg, white chocolate, pistachio, baking powder, corn flour, bicarb soda vanilla flavour, rosewater, almond cream (almond meal, butter, sugar, eggs) and salt

Best Before Date:

Frozen Pastries, we would recommend to be kept frozen in an airtight bag until ready to be used - this way, the croissants will last up to 2 weeks in your freezer! 

Freshly baked pastries, we recommend to consume your delights on the same day. If there are any left, store them in airtight packaging in freezer and HERE are some ideas of what you can do with your leftover croissants! 

Cookies, we recommend serve them fresh on the day, or can be zap up in microwave for 30s and pair with ice-cream if you looking for that extra indulgence:)  Any left over can be kept in airtight packaging in pantry for up to 7 days or freezer up to 2 weeks. 

Delivery/Pick Up:

All our online products are available for pick up from our store front located 

i.lovebutter, 49b Spofforth Street Mosman NSW

Delivery is for cookies only, via Australia Express Postage . Order ship Monday - Thursday to avoid any chances in being delay in transit lounge over the weekend :) So if you are ordering on Thursday that order will be ship on the following Monday morning :)
