Bake at home Pain aux Raisin

*PLEASE NOTE: Depending on temperature, bake at home pastries need at least 8-10 hours of proofing before baking. 

French classic known as pain aux raisin  or escargot or snail for short. This soft pastry filled with thin layer of creamy custard and rum soaked raisins are absolutely irresistible especially the ones right out the oven.
